1 General Introduction

8 Welcome Bonus

New members at acc44 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Before withdrawing, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement: 25x). All bets must be completed within the set time limit to meet the wagering requirement; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.

9 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period and wagering requirements; check the terms before claiming a bonus.
• Claiming more than one bonus from a single account or household is prohibited.
• Bonus funds and cash funds are accounted for separately.
• acc44 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

10 VIP Program

The acc44 VIP program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

The cashback amount and additional VIP benefits are subject to acc44's discretion and may change.

11 General Gaming Terms

All games on the acc44 platform are conducted in a completely fair and impartial manner. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and there is no possibility of external influence. If a technical fault makes the outcome of any game uncertain, acc44 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the staked amount.

12 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless acc44 provides a specific facility to do so.
• For live betting after an event has started, the odds displayed are final.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, acc44 will settle the bet in accordance with its set policy.
• If evidence of match fixing or manipulation is found, the relevant bets will be voided.

13 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus arbitrage or misuse of the bonus system
• Operating multiple accounts or identity fraud
• Use of bots, scripts or automated software
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's systems or software
• Harassment of or abusive behaviour towards other users

14 Collection and Use of Personal Information
